How is this different from the free individual plan?
The free plan is for one verified person. Cloud gives an organisation its own branded space, a member directory you control, and an admin console — with no per-introduction deposit needed between your own people.
Where does our data live?
UK and EU data centres only — never on US soil or under US jurisdiction. Same European posture as the rest of Mia Relay; see the Trust page.
How does billing work?
Per active seat, billed monthly or annually (annual is two months cheaper). Add or remove seats any time; cancel any time. Minimum five seats.
When should we move to Enterprise?
When you need single-tenant isolation, a specific region, SSO/SCIM, a signed DPA + SLA, or self-hosting. Moving from Cloud to Enterprise is a migration, not a rebuild. See Enterprise →
